无主就是没有主宰，大地不属于任何一个人，多少人都死了，多少人又生了，可大地还是依然如此。我们的身体如同大地一样，每天成千上万个细胞死掉，成千上万个细胞出生，可身体还是那样，我们感觉不出变化，所以是无主的。你千万不要以为自己是身体的主宰，你主宰不了，它完全按照既定的程序运转，从来都不听你的话。你想让它长得漂亮点，它偏偏不好看；想让它无病无恼，它天天不是这里疼就是那里痒；想让它长生不老，那根本不可能，生的时候不知道怎么回事就生了，死的时候也不会告诉你一声就走了，根本不受我们的主宰。

A body without master is like the earth

A thing without owner is that has no master. The earth does not belong to anyone, no matter how many people die, or how many people born. But the earth is still like that. Our bodies are like the earth. Thousands of cells die and born day by day. But the body has no change that we can feel. So the body is ownerless. Do not think that you are the master of your body. You can not master it. The body completely run in accordance with the established procedures. It never listen to you.You want it to be pretty, but its not. You want to avoid disease and angry, it has pain and itch anywhere. Its impossible to make it immortal as you wish. You do not know when it born, neither when it die, it comes or leaves without telling you.Its not in our hands at all.
